“I met Zach by chance........ Me and my family are transplants from Northern California. We moved here because of the current economic challenges where we lived. I had a goal to buy a house after our relocation. So I think it was 3 or 4 weeks after being in Arizona I went to an open house and Zach was there. I had only planned to zoom through the place and get out without making eye contact but that all changed when I walked in the door.
